Why has the new Iphone update made it impossible to drag and drop music or audiobooks into Iphone or into Music or, bizarrely, Audiobooks! Why won’t it sync properly unless you go in and tick everything! You can tick “Audiobooks” but it downloads all of them. Why have they made this so complicated it worked fine beforehand. It is driving me absolutely mad. Anybody know how to get around this? I don’t want to have to create separate playlists that live in itunes I just want to drag and drop particular songs like i always did, on a whim, not having to think about what I might want to listen to three days in advance it is awful. What were they thinking???

I have only owned my iPhone for 4 months.The charger for the iPhone has started to split at both ends of the wire, this is probally due to it being ridiculously too short. It can barley reach from a plug socket to a normal hip hight table I know some people probally charge there phone on a computer but not all people own there own and it’s just not convient!!!

My iPhone is 34 days old and just quit on me. I have run around trying to get it fixed, and of course I have to make an appointment at the Mac store to get help. I am now without my mobile phone for 36 hours. It is a MONTH OLD. I had a Blackberry for 5 years with no problems. This is unbelievable, and the fact that I have to make an appointment to receive customer service is unacceptable.

It took me 8 months, 4 iPhones and 2 new Sim cards to find an iPhone that would make and receive calls without connection dropping. Even when it was next to me with ‘full network connection’, if I dialed my number it would go straight to voicemail. Appple claimed they weren’t to blame, however my sim card worked fine in other phones.

Why does the spell check in iPhone to “me into mr”? Also it makes up words that aren’t even real. I wish the iPhone kept track of which words are used the most when you make spelling errors.

ringtones, text tones, colors, fonts, icons & themes! Either an Ap, or an APPROVED 3rd party program… this is the *WORST THING ABOUT iPHONE!!!*

- an actual QWERTY KEYBOARD!
I always HAFTA WATCH WHAT I TYPE on my iPhone, where as Blackberry had BOTH touch screen AND QWERTY keyboards. My Curve keyboard rocked, cause I could find keys on it and type WAY faster, instead of watchin all my button pressing on a smooth touch screen.

- an OPTION to SHUT OFF the SCREEN SWAP from landscape to portrait!!!
…such a pain in the @$$ where you have your phone SLIGHTLY tilted the screen is ALWAYS turning back & forth from the 2… UGH!!! - just straight out ANNOYING!!! -

- A variety of ALREADY INSTALLED THEME OPTIONS (like Blackberry has!) to choose from for those who are uncomfortable with ‘jailbreaking’ their iPhone! Along with this, maybe some “ICON PACKS”, so were not stuck with the same boring @$$ icons all the time!!!

These would be HUGE IMPROVEMENTS for starters…
