My iPhone is 34 days old and just quit on me. I have run around trying to get it fixed, and of course I have to make an appointment at the Mac store to get help. I am now without my mobile phone for 36 hours. It is a MONTH OLD. I had a Blackberry for 5 years with no problems. This is unbelievable, and the fact that I have to make an appointment to receive customer service is unacceptable.
