Here is another caomplaint on the missign flash player on the iPhone:

This complaint has probably been mentioned many time but it is the most downer for me. I work as a web developer and mostly with technologies such Flex and ColdFusion. Naturally, those technologies are onwned by Adobe and offer a Flash interface at the end (let’s focus on Flex now as ColdFusion is a bit more complex for explaining is relationship with Flash). I work on the development of a virtual trade show. I don’t know how we can replace Flash to do everything it is actually do now!

As a lot of people, I can use my iPhone to do most of my activity but accessing my own development is not possible because the Flash player is not installed. I know it is not a technology problem. I am sure it is stricly politics. This iPhone is not a gadget, it is a tool to help professional organize better their time and have flexibility of access. At tge price the phone is and with the powerful marketing campaign Apple use, it cannot stay like that without action. Perhaps somebody can just push the flash player lite on the iPhone safari but block the flash/shockwave technology to work so the appStore wil maintain the primary role (using the iPhone SDK). It is not so complicated!!!
