This reader reports poor reception with AT&T:

I have had a new Ipod phone for about a month, and the reception is very bad. I have a serious problem with AT&T’s reception areas. As in there is none where I live. Also, voice over locks out the iphone so that nothing on it works. This is very frustrating since this is how I keep in touch with my family. I am beginning to regret ever buying the iphone.
